BLS, CPR, AED, BVM, WSI, LG, O2, Title 22, Safety Training for Swim Coaches, Blended Learning and In person training, Recertification Courses.

Lifeguarding (r.24) $425
The Lifeguarding course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide professional-level care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel take over.
Water Safety $525
Teaching individuals of all ages and varying abilities to be comfortable and safe in, on and is an integral part of the Swimming and Water Safety Program and in the training of those certified as a Water Safety Instructor®, also referred to as a WSI™, or a Basic Swim Instructor. This includes Longfellow’s WHALE Tales as well as a number of water safety courses and presentations designed to help individuals learn to be safer in and around the water.
Safety Training for Swim Coaches $125
The Safety Training for Swim Coaches course teach those involved in competitive swimming, including coaches, officials, athletic trainers and aquatic exercise trainers, how to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for swimmers, prevent accidents and emergencies, and respond to swimmers with illnesses or injuries in water or on land.

Basic Life Support/Healthcare $125
The American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to assess, recognize and care for patients who are experiencing respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest, airway obstruction or opioid overdose.
First Aid/CPR/AED (r.21) $125
Updated in December 2021, the First Aid/CPR/AED program helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies.
Administering Emergency Oxygen $125
The Administering Emergency Oxygen course gives participants the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to a victim of a breathing emergency using breathing devices, including resuscitation masks, bag-valve-mask resuscitators (BVMs) and emergency oxygen.
Title 22 California First Aid for Public Safety Personnel $250
The California Title 22 (First Aid for Public Safety Personnel) program is designed to meet the first aid and CPR/AED training requirements of lifeguards, fire fighters and peace officers in California to comply with the requirements of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. This course should be used only for instructors in California for the purpose of satisfying this training requirement.
